1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed on the extrarender.com website is COOLGREEN sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Kurantowa 8/34, 20-836 Lublin, Poland. For data protection inquiries, please contact info@coolgreen.pl.

2. Scope and purpose of data processing

We process personal data submitted via the contact form (full name, email address, phone number, development name, message content) solely to handle your inquiry and follow up with you — on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in its services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond.

3. Data recipients

Messages sent through the form are delivered to us via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), and the website is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. The site also embeds interactive 3D presentations from external domains and uses Google Fonts — when these are loaded, the providers of these services may receive standard technical data (e.g., your IP address). We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention period

We retain correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any further collaboration, but no longer than the purpose of processing justifies, or until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), the Polish supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

The extrarender.com website does not set its own cookies or use any analytics tools. Embedded 3D presentations from external domains may use their own cookies in accordance with their operators' policies. If you manually choose the site language, that choice is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so the site opens in that language on later visits; it is never sent to our server.
